Onyx gear keeping me comfortable.

I am a firm believer in quality hunting clothes.  I recently have been testing the Arctic Shield Light wear during turkey season to say WOW!  This gear is quite and extremely comfortable. To thin you say?  Not with Arctic shield they use amazing technology to keep your heat from escaping.  They have a special layer of high tech material that pushes your body heat back down to your body keeping you toasty warm.  You can also add the Onyx base layers to further heat your core and keep you in the woods much longer.  This past hunt I was on the temperature dropped a good 20 degrees from 60s to 40s, but I was never cold, well my hands were but that was because I was not wearing gloves.  You can learn more about this amazing technology at http://www.onyxoutdoor.com/

Keep an eye out for our Testlab video on Onyx products.

About Arctic Shield -

ArcticShield technology utilizes a multi-layered thermal barrier that captures and returns up to 90 percent of your body heat which is more effective than thick traditional insulation that only slows body heat loss. This cold-weather clothing is innovatively thin and unbelievably warm.

Well this season is just about over for me and I can say without any doubt it was BAD!  I have tried everything this year to only get 1 doe.  I never imaged it would end up this way.  Early season was awesome tons of great sign and our trail cameras had deer all over them.  We even installed an amazing food plot.   Once the opening light hit my face on opening morning things changed, from that point on all the deer were gone. The good news is I have about 1 or 2 hunts left the bad news is .............nothing has changed and am not counting on a miracle.
